"Seek first to understand and then to be understood."

-Stephen Convoy

This is the quote that catalyzed my personal growth journey.

It prompted a perceptual shift for me to become an observer of my own life

After nearly a decade long relationship marked by anxious-avoidant dynamics, and feeling disconnected from my workplace’s culture, I realized my self-awareness was severely lacking.

I was living a conditioned life, making decisions based on whatever made sense, rather than what I desired

I wanted to develop a deeper understanding of myself, the people around me, and more broadly, the socio-cultural systems that influence us.

Working across different countries and companies taught me that there's no 'right' way to be; every culture has it's own values, each with unique pros and cons.

The path to peace and empowerment lies in recognizing and embodying our cherished values while embracing the diversity of others.

Inspired by years of meditation, journaling, and reading every personal development book I could get my hands on, I left my career in finance to pursue a Master's in Psychology at Columbia University.

At the onset of COVID, I cofounded a company to enhance the well-being of entrepreneurs and creative professionals through peer-supported coaching. Across 80+ clients, the quality of relationships consistently emerged as a key theme.

Over the past eight years, I've learned to regulate my nervous system, lead with compassion, and to form relationships rooted in trust and authenticity.

Having experienced the benefits of self-confidence and mindful relating first hand, I feel excited and grateful to empower your transformative journey towards greater self-awareness, confidence, and healthier relationships.
